At St Bernadette’s, our Year 3 Sacramental programme holds a special place in our hearts, marking a pivotal moment in our children’s spiritual journey. Rooted in our Catholic faith and guided by our Mission Statement, “Together we learn, Together we achieve, Together we grown in God’s love ” we recognise the profound significance of preparing our children to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

This programme is more than just a series of lessons—it is a sacred opportunity for our children to deepen their relationship with God and their connection to the Catholic community.

Through thoughtful teachings, heartfelt prayers, and collaboration with Father Steven, we aim to nurture a lifelong reverence for the sacraments. Our goal is to empower our children with a strong foundation in their faith, helping them to understand the importance of these holy rites and what they mean in their spiritual lives. We believe that, by embracing the Sacramental programme, our children not only grow closer to God but also develop a deeper sense of belonging within the Church, enriching their hearts, minds, and spirits for the years ahead.
